Tennessee Estate Planning Law
Because no two lives are exactly the same, no two estate plans are either. Each person and family has unique characteristics, concerns and goals. Probate Services
We also provide a variety of probate and estate administration services. We initiate probate proceedings, advise administrators, notify creditors, distribute assets, deal with TennCare recovery claims and litigate adverse claims involving executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries as well.
Contract Disputes and Civil Litigation
Contract disputes are responsible for much of the civil litigation that takes place in our nation’s courts. In most of these cases, resolutions are achieved only after each side has thrown a great deal of time and money at the problem.
At The Pearson Law Firm, PLLC, we understand the risks of litigation and the very real lack of control it affords over the outcome of a dispute. In other words, we are comfortable and quite capable of protecting our clients’ interests in court where a judge or a jury will determine the outcome of the dispute, but at the same time, we are fully committed to helping clients avoid the expense, time, frustration and risk of the litigation process whenever possible.
When a breach of contract claim cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, civil litigation may be unavoidable.
