R. Scott Pearson
Scott received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, in 2004 and received his Bachelors of Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2000. Scott has served in the real estate industry for nine years and is Chief Counsel for Paramount Land Title of Knoxville, LLC. He advises clients in their endeavors related to both residential and commercial real estate matters, commercial financing and general business transactions. Scott is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association and Tennessee Land Title Association. Scott co-founded Paramount Land Title of Knoxville, LLC in March 2013 and looks forward to continued success.
Jessica Long
Jessica is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School Of Business and a former mortgage loan originator. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2006 and is a licensed title insurance agent. Her experiences on both sides of the closing table give her unique ability to handle situations on the fly, and assist our clients in finding the best possible solution to any problem. Jessica co-founded Paramount Land Title in March of 2013. She lives in Knoxville with her husband and 3 daughters.
Eric Lezatte
Eric received his Juris Doctorate from the DePaul University College of Law, and his Bachelor of Science from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Since starting in the title industry in 2007, Eric has performed every task associated with real estate transactions from performing title examinations to disbursing funds, and every step in between. His experience in all facets of the closing process helps to ensure a smooth closing process from start to finish. Eric has been with Paramount Land Title of Knoxville, LLC, since its inception in 2013. He lives in Knoxville with his wife and three children.
Gillette Neefe
Gillette is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Information Science. She got her start in real estate in 2011 as a realtor, and has been invested in the industry since then. Gillette has been with Paramount since November 2020 as the Office Manager. She manages the day-to-day operations of the office, with her organizational skills as her strongest asset. Paige Slusher
Paige is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. Paige got her start in the real estate industry in 2014 working at a title company in New York City. Paige started at Paramount Land Title in 2015 as the office manager and has worked her way up to being an escrow officer. She has a contagious positive energy that ensures all clients enjoy the closing process start to finish. Paige spends her free time with her family and friends and is always open to a new adventure.
Sara Tallant
Sara has worked in the title industry since 2001 and joined Paramount Land Title in 2016. She enjoys working with real estate agents, lenders, buyers and sellers in the closing process, while offering excellent service and attention to detail. She has worked in every aspect of the business and is passionate about taking care of her clients. Sara lives in Tellico Village with her daughter.
Tracy D. Benson
Tracy is originally from Athens, Tennessee but has called Knoxville home for the last 45 years. He’s a real estate closing agent with over 40 years of experience in finance and the real estate title industry. In his spare time, he enjoys walking his dog, cooking, swimming and being outdoors.
Craig Stewart
Craig joined Paramount Land Title as a staff attorney in 2018. He has practiced real estate law for over 32 years in East Tennessee. He received his undergraduate B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Craig and his wife, Annie, have two children and one grandchild. He is an active member of Messiah Lutheran Church and enjoys running and travel.
